The main conflict in Sarah Bishop

In my book, the main conflict is Sarah's parents dying. If they didn't die, then she wouldn't of had to go and live in the cave in the beginning of winter, and on. She could of lived on in her house alone, but she chose not to, because the town thought she burned down her brothers prison on purpose.

Sarah wasn't even responsible for the fire, she had no idea how it happened. She was still blamed, so she went to live in the cave. One other small conflict is the war that was going on at the time. All of her family had died, so she didn't have anyone else to live with, that’s why she went to live in the cave.

In the end, the conflict was solved. Sarah chose a different path, and after the war was over, she decided to still live in the cave. She didn’t want to go back to town. Sarah wanted to live in her cave, fend for herself, and be alone. The conflict was solved, but in her own way.
